Final beneficiaries: Students and teachers from multiethnic rural areas Bucin, Vrboec and Svetomitrani

Overall objectives: Improving relations between students and teachers and modernization of the educational process in rural areas in the Municipality of Krusevo.

Specific objectives:

a) Building a sense of shared values and improve relations among residents, students and teachers in rural areas covered Bucin, Svetomitrani and Vrboec

b) Encouraging creativity among teachers and students in rural areas through the application of modern technology in teaching

c) Improving the quality of teaching in combined classes in rural areas

 

Planned activities will be implemented within 4 main components:

  1. Preparations for the project, supply and installation of interactive or smart boards
  •  First phase of preparations – a process of selection through tendering process for interested companies who are interested to submit a tender for procurement of the required interactive or smart boards for three schools in Bucin, Svetomitrani and Vrboec.
  •  Realization of the purchase and installation of equipment – Upon completion of the tender procedure in accordance with the guidelines for the project, supplied equipment and set up in the school facilities
  1. Training to work with interactive whiteboards and educational lecture about the negative impact of working with ICT equipment and cell phones
  • Will organize training in the use of interactive boards
  •  Educational lecture about the negative impact of working with ICT equipment and mobile phones, with final instructions could modern electronic means of communication to be used as educational resources
  1. Research, data analysis, preparation of presentation and presentation on the origins and significant data for villages Bucin, Vrboec and Svetomitrani
  • Using interactive or smart boards, research participants will have to present the acquired knowledge from the research conducted for the covered rural areas
  1. Training for creating QR codes and possibilities for their application in the educational process
  • Educators will implement training for students and teachers to create QR codes and the possibilities for their use in the educational process
  1. QR treasure hunt – promotional events
  • In three villages through gaming activity “QR treasure hunt” will organize promotional events for the project. All participants will be dressed in appropriate T-shirts bearing the project and its donors. Apart from this promotional event, the project will be continuously promoted through social networks, as well as various types of media
  1. Collection of results, report writing and submitting a final report to donors
  • After the implementation of all planned activities will prepare and submit a final report to donors.
